We stayed overnight at the Hotel Steigenberger Nile Palace on our second day in Luxor and then relocated to the Nile Adventurer. The hotel, operated by a German Hotel chain, is right on the shores of the Nile River. Beautiful old European charm and outstanding service.
Unfortunately, sickness today prevented joining the group for a tour of the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. Bummer!!
