We got up early in Venice to spend the day in Murano and Burano. In Murano we saw master glass blowers at work and, of course, had the opportunity to spend a lot of money on beautiful venetian glass. Burano showed off it's intricate hand woven lace and the very colorfully painted houses. After a long day, we returned to the hotel and spent the rest of the late afternoon walking around Venice.
